Nov Auction Night J&C
Dec Social & Presentation Evening Jan Face-to-face with Ray Winsper and John Grubb Judging Comps. & Colour Shows = J&C (these may be subject to change depending on how the years’ events go.)
Now is the time we need to start booking speakers, events etc for next year. If you have any ideas please contact Geoff. All ideas will be considered. In order to comply with BS guidelines please do not stage any birds until cages have been through our bio-security measures. It is not practical for us to wipe cages before they come in to the room as we would have a queue out in the bar. However, all cages must be wiped before staging. This also applies to any cages brought in for raffles or for sale including at the auction night Congratulations go to Brian Moule & Kate Edwards for winning Best Beginner Any Age at this years World Champioship Show at Doncaster. And they only took one bird! Well done to you both. Next months meeting is our annual Auction Night. Please bring along absolutely anything you may have surplus for the auction – birds, equipment, even the wife! All proceeds go to Club Funds.Included will be a signed copy of the First Edition of “The Challenge” by Gerald Binks kindly donated by ene Flavell. There is a £40 reserve on this. George & Anne would like to thank everyone who helped make the aviary visit on July 19th so successful. To those who attended and to those who couldn't, but made very much appreciated donations, a very sincere thankyou. £150 was raised towards the cost of the Salvation Army trip to Norway. George & Anne Booth Remember, you can enter up to 3 birds in each colour. Champions, Intermediates and Novices must be owner bred.
