Now is the time we need to start booking speakers, events etc for next year. If you have any ideas please contact Geoff. All ideas will be considered.

In order to comply with BS guidelines please do not stage any birds until cages have been through our bio-security measures. It is not practical for us to wipe cages before they come in to the room as we would have a queue out in the bar. However, all cages must be
wiped before staging. This also applies to any cages brought in for raffles or for



sale including at the auction night

so if you cannot get to a meeting you can print yourself a copy. If you wish to include anything on the web site we can be contacted via the site.

Tonights meeting is our annual auction. There are many useful items and birds up for grabs so dig deep into your pockets. Top lot is a signed copy of the First Edition of “The Challenge” by Gerald Binks kindly donated by Rene Flavell. There is a £40 reserve on this.

If there are any able bodied people out there please help out erecting and dismantling staging when we have our evening shows and moving tables and chairs etc when we have speakers. This will always help our evenings run smoother and means the work is not always left to the same old few. Thankyou.
